Process

STEP 1 - Creating or Inspecting the Computer file

We can help you create a part for 3d printing or if you already have a file we need to inspect it for printing. We will see if any issues will arise from your file. An inspection is free, CAD time is 100 per hour. We will create an estimate for your project along with a time estimate.

STEP 2 - Generating a Price for prints

The Volume of the object is measured and multiplied by our Price Factor. Base is PLA at .2mm layer height.
+ Volume of Supports needed is measured
+ If high resolution is needed which is .1mm layer height (x 1.4)
+ Add costs of specialty material if needed
+ Shipping if needed
**Volume Printing can really be a savings to you! If you print 5 of the same part and the price is 500 or more, there is a 10% discount.

STEP 3 - Printing
Select your color and type of plastic.
Small print jobs usually take a day because the printers work 24/7 without complaining!
All supports and strands are cleaned up.

STEP 4 - Shipping
Fedex is the preferred method because they have been the most reliable over the years. Next Business Day Fedex Ground prices are very competitive.
